We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our General Ward team. This role involves assisting senior nursing staff and performing essential patient care activities, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient well-being. Key responsibilities • Assist senior nurses and medical practitioners in comprehensive patient care. • Perform wound dressing, suture removal, and other basic medical procedures as per protocol. • Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, accurately documenting all findings. • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring correct dosage and timing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines. Qualifications • Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution. • Valid registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory. • Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a hospital setting is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
