We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, contributing to our commitment to excellent patient outcomes and community health in India. Key responsibilities • Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, joint diseases, sports injuries, and spinal disorders. • Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture fixation, and spinal procedures, adhering to best practices and patient safety protocols. • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and rehabilitation planning. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records. • Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education programs. • Provide on-call emergency orthopedic services as required. Qualifications • MBBS from a recognized institution. • MS (Orthopedics) or DNB (Orthopedics) from an MCI/NMC recognized university/board. • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) / relevant State Medical Council. • Minimum of 3-5 years of post-specialization experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon. • Proven surgical expertise and clinical acumen. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
